Preparation Method :
- Preheat the oven to 205°C. On a sheet pan, mix chopped broccoli, oil, sea salt and black pepper.
- Roast for 10 minutes or until the broccoli is evenly roasted. Remove from the oven and cool. Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. Spread unsalted butter evenly on 8 slices of bread.
- Dividing the ingredients evenly, layer thinly sliced Cheddar on the unbuttered sides of half of the bread, then add the broccoli in the middle and more cheese on top.
- Top each with another slice of bread, buttered side out.
- Grill the skillet, turning the sandwiches over once, until the cheese melts and the bread is evenly toasted.
