ROASTED BROCCOLI

Preparation Method :

  • Preheat the oven to 205°C. On a sheet pan, mix chopped broccoli, oil, sea salt and black pepper.
  • Roast for 10 minutes or until the broccoli is evenly roasted. Remove from the oven and cool. Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. Spread unsalted butter evenly on 8 slices of bread.
  • Dividing the ingredients evenly, layer thinly sliced Cheddar on the unbuttered sides of half of the bread, then add the broccoli in the middle and more cheese on top.
  • Top each with another slice of bread, buttered side out.
  • Grill the skillet, turning the sandwiches over once, until the cheese melts and the bread is evenly toasted.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams chopped broccoli
  • 4 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Unsalted butter
  • 10 slices of bread
  • 250 grams thinly sliced Cheddar
