BROCCOLI WITH LEMON BUTTER

Preparation Method :
- Trim any tough ends from the broccoli stalks and discard coarse leaves.
 - Place the broccoli in a wide pan and cover with boiling salted water. Cook for about 10 to 12 minutes until just tender.
 - Drain the broccoli, and place in a heated flameproof serving dish.
 - Heat the butter in a small pan, stir in the lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste, and pour over the broccoli.
 - Sprinkle with the cheese and cook under a preheated grill (broiler) for 1 to 2 minutes.

- 700 gram broccoli spears
 - 80 gram butter
 - 2 tablespoon lemon juice
 - Salt and freshly ground pepper
 - 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
