Preparation Method :
- Melt the margarine in a pan and sauté the onion for 2 minutes.
- Add the lettuce and carrots and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the beans, salt and pepper and continue cooking for 5 minutes with the lid on the pan.
- Stir in the water, cover and cook for 15 minutes.
- Transfer to a warm serving dish and garnish with the herbs.
- Serve hot.

- 50 grams margarine
- 2 onion, peeled and chopped
- 15 lettuce leaves, shredded
- 500 grams carrots, peeled and cut into matchsticks
- 500 grams green beans
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons water
- Chopped mixed herbs, to garnish
