FRENCH BEANS WITH ALMONDS

Preparation Method :
- Boil French beans in boiling salted water until tender, then drain and cool under running water. Set aside.
- Put oil, shallots, garlic cloves and salt in a frying pan, then cook gently for about 8 minutes until soft but not brown.
- Tip in the beans and a pinch of pepper, toss well, then warm through.
- Finish with a squeeze of lemon and toasted flaked almonds.

- 4 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 4 very finely sliced shallots
- 5 thinly sliced garlic cloves
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
