Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a wok, swirling to coat the surface. Add the garlic and fry for 10 seconds.
- Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the stock, cover and simmer for 1 minute longer.
- Mix the oyster sauce, soy sauce and sherry. Add to the wok. Stir and simmer. Mix the corn flour with cold water.
- Add to the wok, stirring until it boils and thickens. Add the bean curd, heat through and serve immediately.

- 1 large clove garlic, crushed
- 500 grams mixed vegetables
- 125 ml Chicken Stock
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 ½ tablespoons dry sherry
- 2 teaspoons corn flour
- 500 grams fresh bean curd, sliced
