Preparation Method :
- Heat the butter and oil in a pan, stir in half the parsley, the chives and the garlic.
- Cook for 1 minute, stirring, and then add the beans and season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Stir for 3 minutes over a gentle heat until the beans are piping hot, then add the grated cheese and lightly stir through.
- Sprinkle with remaining parsley and serve.

- 50 grams butter
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 4 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoon chopped chives
- 2 clove garlic, crushed
- 700 grams frozen green beans
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
