Preparation Method :
For white sauce
- Saute the maida in the butter till light brown.
- Gradually pour in the milk and keep stirring till it thickens to a sauce consistency. Make sure there are no lumps.
- Add the spices and salt, and mix.
For vegetables
- Saute all the vegetables except spinach in the butter till done.
- Add the chopped spinach leaves and cook for 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
Assembling
- Mix in the vegetables into the white sauce.
- Transfer them to a baking bowl, top with grated cheese and bread crumbs.
- Grill it in an oven for 14 minutes or till the top layer turns golden brown.
- Garnish with olives. Serve hot.

For the white sauce
- 320 ml milk
- 2 tablespoon maida
- 2 teaspoon butter
- A pinch of nutmeg powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the vegetables
- 2 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon capsicum, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon zucchini, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon spinach, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon baby corn, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoon butter
- 10 black olives
- 200 grams cheese
- 1 tablespoon bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
