LEEK AND PARMESAN GRATIN

40 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Preheat the oven.
  • Trim and thinly slice the leeks and steam them for 10 minutes.
  • Divide them into 4 mini oval dishes and add butter dices.
  • Beat the eggs in a bowl, adding the cream, half of the parmesan and a pinch of nutmeg. Season to taste and mix.
  • Pour onto the leeks and add the remaining parmesan.
  • Brown in the oven for 30 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 leeks
  • 100 grams grated parmesan
  • 4 eggs
  • 50 grams butter 
  • 200 ml cream 
  • Nutmeg
  • Salt and black pepper
