Preparation Method :
- Place the cabbage and apple in layers in a baking dish.
- Pour over the grapefruit juice, cover and place in a preheated moderately hot oven for about 30 minutes.
- Season the yogurt with salt and pepper. Uncover the baking dish, pour in the yogurt and stir well.
- Reduce the oven temperature to moderate and continue cooking for 10 to 15 minutes.
