TROPICAL HAM STEAKS WITH SWEET POTATOES

Preparation Method :
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/ 350°F. Cook the sweet potatoes by adding a pinch of salt in the water for about 10 - 12 minutes or until tender. Drain.
 - Place ham steaks in a lightly greased baking dish and arrange sweet potato slices around them.
 - Combine the butter with of the honey and ginger, drizzle over ham steaks.
 - Pour pineapple juice around ham and sweet potatoes and drizzle remaining honey over the sweet potatoes.
 - Bake at least for 15 - 20 minutes, basting several times with juice and serve with green salad.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams ham steaks, cut into quarters
 - 2 small sweet potatoes, thickly sliced
 - 100 ml pineapple or orange juice
 - 1 tablespoon butter, melted
 - 2 tablespoon honey
 - ½ teaspoon ground ginger
