- Make the Bercy Butter, and then chill.
 - To cook the steaks, heat the butter and oil in a heavy-based frying pan (skillet) and fry the steaks for 3 to 5 minutes each side according to taste.
 - Sprinkle the steaks with salt and pepper, then place on warmed plates. Top with the prepared butter.
 - Serve immediately with Spiced Green Beans and grilled tomatoes.

 - 30 gram butter
 - 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
