STEAK DIANE

The steak diane dish is filled with perfect ingredients. It includes good-quality brandy, lemon, Worcester sauce, beef stock, fresh parsley, fillet steak, and other added components. This perfect dish is intended for the whole family, friends and even to other special gatherings.

Preparation Time :
45 minutes

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Cut the fillet into 4 equal pieces cover them with cling film and beat them flat with a wooden meat mallet or even with rolling pin.
  • Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  • Add the shallots and cook for another 3 minutes.
  • Sprinkle lemon juice and zest then add the Worcester sauce and beef stock. Cook it for 3 minutes and sprinkle it with parsley.
  • Finally add warm brandy to it ,flame the steaks, cook until the flame goes out and then serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams fillet steak
  • 4 tablespoons pure corn oil
  • 8 shallots, peeled and sliced
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon

Worcester sauce

  • 4 tablespoons Basic Beef Stock
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 tablespoons good-quality brandy, warmed
