STEAK AND HORSERADISH BAGUETTE

Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a frying - pan, add the onion and fry for 2 minutes or until softened.
 - Drop the onion to the side of the pan and add the steak. Fry for a minute or two on each side. Remove from the heat.
 - Halve the bread lengthways, spread over the horseradish sauce and then top with the onion, steak, tomato and lettuce. Season and serve immediately.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 90 grams flash-fry steak
 - 6-inch piece of french baguette
 - 2 teaspoon creamed horseradish sauce
 - 1 tomato, sliced
 - 1 teaspoon cooking oil
 - ½ onion, sliced
 - A few lettuce leaves
 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
