SIRLOIN STEAKS WITH TOMATO-GARLIC SAUCE
This sirloin steak with tomato-garlic sauce recipe is one of the best, easy and delicious steaks. For preparation you just need 20 minutes and 30 minutes to grill. Just make it in a fairly thin slice for a tender result. The tomato-garlic sauce makes the steak taste more delicious.

Preparation Method :
- Preheat the grill to high.
- Beat the steaks with a meat mallet or rolling pin until fairly thin, and then spread with the margarine.
- Place the steaks on the grill rack and grill for 8 to 10 minutes, or until cooked to your liking, turning them once.
- Meanwhile, make the sauce: place the tomatoes, garlic, basil and salt and pepper in a saucepan and simmer gently for about 10 minutes, until the tomatoes are soft.
- Transfer the steaks to a heated serving dish and pour over the sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with sprigs of basil.

- 8 sirloin steaks, trimmed
- 4 teaspoons margarine
- Tomato-garlic sauce:
- 1 kilogram tomatoes, skinned and chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Basil sprigs, to garnish

Sirloin Steak recipe is not easy to crack and if you know the recipe you cant make the steak that is available at downtown Dallas steakhouse, It is one of the best steak that I have eaten in my whole life, I know the recipe but that taste never came to it.
