SIRLOIN STEAKS IN FOIL

- Place each steak on an individual piece of buttered cooking foil, seal completely.
- Add butter,lemon juice, lime juice, some pepper and 1 tablespoon chopped parsley and chives.
- Wrap the steaks in the foil, seal them completely.
- Then place it in the fridge for atleast 3 hours.
- Bake the steaks in the foil on the barbecue for 25 minutes until tender.
- Carefully open the foil, place the steaks on individual plates, pour over the juices, and serve with a sprig of fresh parsley, garnish it with a little soured cream and freshly snipped chives.
