                    Preparation Method :
- Marinate the fish pieces in all the ingredients for about 2-3 hours.
 - Grill the pieces for a few minutes, baste several times with the leftover marinade.
 - Apply melted butter, when done and keep the pieces on an open flame for a second and serve.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 750 grams Boneless fish, cleaned, cut into thick small pieces, washed and drained
 - 50 ml Cooking oil
 - 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
 - Few drops Red food colouring
 - 2 inches of Ginger ground to a paste, strained and juice extracted
 - 7-9 cloves Garlic, ground to a paste
 - Pepper and salt to taste
 - 2 tablespoon Butter melted
