SESAME FISH STEAKS

Preparation Method :
- Dry the fish with kitchen paper towels and place in a buttered baking dish.
- Sprinkle the steaks or fillets with a pinch of salt and dot each with the margarine. Combine the remaining ingredients and sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture thickly over the steaks.
- Bake, uncovered, in a preheated moderate oven for 20 minutes until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
- Serve with hot bread and green salad.

- 6 large fish steaks or fillets
- Salt
- 50 grams margarine
- 200 grams soft breadcrumbs
- Pinch of freshly ground pepper
- 8 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, crumbled
- 2 teaspoon salt
