These peppered steaks are combined with tasty ingredients that suite to your daily servings. Its cooking procedures are made easy and mainly last for 45 minutes. This special dish is made entirely to make your eating habit more healthy and appetizing.

Preparation Method :
- Excess fat or gristle should be removed from the steaks.
- Brush them all over with half of the oil.
- Mix the garlic, mustard and half the sherry to the paste.
- Add crushed peppercorns and salt and spread the mixture onto the meat on the both sides. Marinate for 2 hours.
- Place a little oil on the grill bars and cook the steaks for 2 minutes to seal them.
- Place them on the warm area of the barbecue, or gently shallow fry on a gas ring.
- Heat the butter, remaining oil and thyme in a small frying pan and cook the steaks in the mixture for 2 minutes on each side.
- Return to the barbecue and cook as per your liking.
- Add the remaining sherry, the Tabasco, honey, whole black peppercorns and cream to the pan , let the sauce simmer until your steaks are ready.
- Serve it with the steaks.

- 220 grams sirloin steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
- 1 tablespoon English mustard
- 4 tablespoons dry British sherry
- 2 tablespoons black peppercorns, crushed

- 1 teaspoon crushed thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon clear honey, warmed
- 1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
- 160 ml double cream
