GRIDDLED COD STEAKS WITH FETTUCCINE

Preparation Method :
- Heat a griddle pan or non-stick frying pan. Brush the cod steaks with a little oil and drizzle with a little lime juice and soy sauce.
 - cooked through.
 - Transfer the pasta to a clean pan. Add the chopped parsley and drizzle with a little more olive oil, if needed.
 - Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, toss well. Spoon the fettuccine on to warmed plates and serve with the griddled fish.
 - Garnish with parsley sprigs, lemon and lime wedges.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 350 grams dried fettuccine, cook according to the packet instructions
 - 20 grams chopped flat leaf parsley
 - 750 grams steaks
 - 50 ml olive oil
 - 1½ teaspoon lime juice
 - 1½ teaspoon soy sauce
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 - Flat leaf parsley sprigs, Lime and Lemon wedges, to garnish
