GREEN PEPPERCORN STEAK

Preparation Method :
- Preheat a griddle, cook the steaks for about 2-3 minutes on each side, then remove from the pan and keep warm.
 - Add the green peppercorns, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and cherry tomatoes to the pan.
 - Saute for about 2-3 minutes or until the tomatoes are soft.
 - Spoon the sauce over the steaks and garnish with thyme. Serve with potatoes.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams lean fillet steaks
 - 10-12 cherry tomatoes, halved
 - 50 ml light soy sauce
 - 1½ teaspoon balsamic vinegar
 - 2 tablespoon green peppercorns in brine, drained
 - Thyme sprigs, to garnish
 - Potatoes, to serve
