- Cook the potatoes in a large pot of boiling water until tender, 15 minutes. After 7 minutes, add the green beans and sugar snap peas. Cook until tender, 5 minutes. Drain well.
- Sauté the steaks in oil for 5 minutes on each side, until cooked to your liking. Season with salt and pepper. Slice the steak into thin strips.
- Mix the remaining oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, mustard, and sugar in a small bowl.
- Arrange the steak, potatoes, green beans, sugar snap peas, olives, chilli, parsley, and tomatoes in a large salad bowl. Drizzle with the dressing and toss gently. Serve hot.

- 750 grams new potatoes, quartered
- 150 grams green beans
- 150 grams sugar snap peas
- 750 grams fillet steak
- 150 ml sesame oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 100 ml red wine vinegar
- 2 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 4 teaspoons mustard
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 100 grams green olives
- 1 fresh red chilli, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
- 4 tomatoes, diced
