DEVILLED STEAKS

The devilled steaks are best for lunch or dinner. It is made up of rump steaks, rosemary leaves and other seasonings. Preparing this menu is really simple and doesn’t need a lot of cost. With its aroma and delicious taste, you can’t simply resist each bite.

5 hours

Cooking Time :
45 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Mix all the marinade ingredients together in a glass bowl, brush onto the steaks, and refrigerate it for 4-5 hours.
  • Grill or barbecue for at least 5 minutes on each side, basting with the mixture.

INGREDIENTS

  • 175-200 grams of rump steaks

For the marinade

  • 6 teaspoons French mustard, 2 cloves garlic, peeled, crushed and blended with a little oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 tablespoons demerara sugar
  • 2 teaspoons dry vermouth
  • A pinch of crushed fresh rosemary leaves
