Preparation Method :
- Bake the potatoes for 1½ - 2 hours in a conventional oven at 180°C/390°F/ Gas Mark 5.
- Mix the mushrooms with the soft cheese and season with the Worcestershire sauce and black pepper.
- Slit open the jacket potatoes and top with the cheese mixture to serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams canned mushrooms, sliced, cooked, drained, rinsed and finely chopped
- 2 baking potatoes
- 50 grams low-fat soft cheese
- A dash of Worcestershire sauce
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
