Preparation Method :
- Place the mushrooms with the gills upwards in a frying-pan. Sprinkle the garlic and pour the stock over it.
- Cover the pan and simmer for 5 minutes or until the mushrooms are cooked. Adjust seasoning.
- Place the mushrooms on the french toasts, pour over the cooking juices and sprinkle with the parsley and serve.

- 9 large flat-cap mushrooms
- 9 slices of french bread, toasted
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped finely
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
