GARLIC MUSHROOMS

Preparation Time :

Cooking Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Place the mushrooms with the gills upwards in a frying-pan. Sprinkle the garlic and pour the stock over it.
  • Cover the pan and simmer for 5 minutes or until the mushrooms are cooked. Adjust seasoning.
  • Place the mushrooms on the french toasts, pour over the cooking juices and sprinkle with the parsley and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 9 large flat-cap mushrooms
  • 9 slices of french bread, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped finely
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
