Preparation Method :
- Cut out 8 squares of aluminium foil. Make a small slit in each fig, place each fig on a square of foil.
- Put the cream cheese in a bowl. Add the cinnamon and stir until well combined.
- Stuff the inside of each fig with the cinnamon cream cheese, then sprinkle about a teaspoon of sugar over each one. Close the foil around each fig to make a package.
- Place the packages on the barbecue and cook over hot coals, turn frequently for about 5 - 7 minutes.
- Transfer the figs to serving plates and garnish with fresh mint.

- 8 fresh figs
- 100 grams cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 tablespoon brown sugar
- Sprigs of fresh mint, to garnish
