Preparation Method :
- Heat oil in a pan and saute the French beans, carrots and potatoes till all the moisture evaporates and the vegetables are slightly tender.
- Mash them slightly while hot. Add the garam masala powder, chilli powder, dried mango powder and salt. Mix well.
- Soak the bread slices in water for a couple of seconds and then squeeze out thoroughly. Add to the vegetables. Mix well and shape into long thick rolls.
- Heat oil in a kadai. Coat the rolls with the semolina and deep-fry over medium heat till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot with green chutney.

- 3 large potatoes, finely chopped

- 2 teaspoons dried mango powder
- 6 bread slices
- 100 grams semolina
- Green Chutney
- Salt to taste
- Cooking oil for frying
