- Combine the mince, brown onion, carrot, green onion, lemon grass, garlic, mushrooms and sauce in a bowl; mix well. Shape mixture into small balls. Toss in sesame seeds.
 - Deep-fry balls in hot oil until golden brown; drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot with sauce.
 - Tamarind sauce Blend corn flour with the little water Combine all the ingredients in small pan with corn flour mixture.
 - Stir over high heat until sauce boils and thickens. Serve hot.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams minced lamb
 - 2 green onions, chopped
 - 4-6 dried shiitake mushrooms, soaked in boiling water, drained, stems discarded and chopped finely
 - 2 brown onion, chopped
 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh lemon grass
 - 2 carrots, grated
 - 1 clove garlic, crushed
 - 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
 - 100 grams sesame seeds
 - Salt, to taste
 - Peanut oil for deep-frying
 
Tamarind Sauce
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
 - 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
 - 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
 - 1 tablespoon tamarind sauce
 - 1 tablespoon dry sherry
 - 1 tablespoon honey
