CHEESE AND CELERY-FILLED BAP

Preparation Method :

  • Mix the cheeses and the celery in a bowl.
  • Pile the mixture on to one half of the bap and flatten.
  • Sprinkle with the pepper and top with the other half of the bap.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoon low-fat soft cheese
  • 2 tablespoon half-fat Cheddar, diced
  • ½ celery stick, trimmed and diced
  • 1 large stoneground wholemeal bap, sliced in half
  • Freshly ground black pepper , to taste
