LAMB WITH CREAMY MUSTARD SAUCE

Preparation Method :

  • Preheat the grill to medium hot.
  • Grill the lamb cutlets for about 15-20 minutes, turning frequently.
  • The Sauce: Gently heat the half-fat creme fraiche with the milk and stir into a smooth sauce with a wooden spoon.
  • Stir the mustards into the sauce and serve spooned over the lamb cutlets.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams lamb cutlets
  • 1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard
  • 50 grams half-fat crème fraîche
  • 2 tablespoons skimmed milk
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
