- Mash the stilton cheese in a bowl, mix with 2 tablespoon of the yogurt and set aside.
- Place the curd cheese in a bowl and beat in the remaining yogurt and salt and pepper to taste.
- Peel, halve and core the pears. Place a spoonful of the Stilton tilling in each cavity.
- Arrange the lettuce on a serving dish and place the pears, cut side down, on top.
- Spoon over the yogurt and curd cheese mixture and sprinkle with the chives.
- Serve chilled.
