- Halve the grapefruit, using a zigzag cut. Remove the flesh from the halves.
- Peel and segment the oranges, remove the membranes and cut the segments into pieces.
- Mix with the grapefruit and return to the grapefruit shells.
- Mix together the lemon juice, lemonade and chopped mint.
- Pour into an ice tray and freeze until mushy. Pile on top of the grapefruit and decorate with a sprig of mint.
- Serve immediately.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 large grapefruit
- 4 oranges
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 500 ml low-calorie lemonade
- 4 tablespoons finely chopped mint
- 8 mint sprigs, to garnish
