VEGETABLE FRITTERS

Preparation Method :

  • Mix the vegetables with the flours, garlic, garam masala, chilli powder, seeds and coriander, gradually stir in water and mix to a batter.
  • Pour the little quanity of vegetable mixture into the hot oil Pan, cook both sides till golden brown.
  • Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot with dip.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 medium potato, finely chopped
  • 120 grams besan flour, sifted  
  • 100 grams self-raising flour, sifted
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 medium zucchini , finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1 small sized cauliflower, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 2 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 eggplant, finely chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • IDHAYAM Mantra Peanut Oil for deep-frying
