Preparation Method :
- Mix the vegetables with the flours, garlic, garam masala, chilli powder, seeds and coriander, gradually stir in water and mix to a batter.
- Pour the little quanity of vegetable mixture into the hot oil Pan, cook both sides till golden brown.
- Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot with dip.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 medium potato, finely chopped
- 120 grams besan flour, sifted
- 100 grams self-raising flour, sifted
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 medium zucchini , finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 small sized cauliflower, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
- 1 eggplant, finely chopped
- Salt, to taste
