Preparation Method :
- Sweet Chili Sauce: Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- In a glass bowl, mix together the coconut mixture, garlic, sugar and spices. Add the chicken, coat it with the spice mixture and marinate for at least 20-30 minutes.
- Thread the chicken onto wooden skewers and cook under a preheated grill for 5 minutes or until cooked, turning occasionally. Serve with the chili sauce.
INGREDIENTS
The Satay
- 2 tablespoon creamed coconut, dissolved in 50 ml boiling water
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tablespoon soft brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon ground coriander
- 300 grams boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced thinly
The Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 tablespoons runny honey
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped

Chicken satay is my favourite starter .. but havnet tried at home.. this recipe looks easy n yummy.. Worth trying ..
