CORN BRUSCHETTA

Preparation Method :

  • Mash sweet corn. Combine milk and sweet corn and bring to a boil, let the sweet corn cook on a low flame for 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  • Heat sesame oil in a kadai, Add the sweet corn mixture and stir for a minute.
  • Add maida and saute for a minute.
  • Add Italian seasoning, salt, chopped capsicum, tomatoes and Jalapenos.
  • Switch off the stove when the mixture becomes thick. Finally stir in the cheese.
  • Apply butter to the French loaf pieces on both sides and toast them till they are crispy on both sides.
  • Spread corn bruschetta on each piece and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams Sweet corn
  • 400 ml Milk
  • French loaf cut into 5 pieces
  • 1 tablespoon All purpose flour
  • 1 small Capsicum
  • 1 small tomato
  • 5 nos Jalapenos
  • 1 tablespoon Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon IDHAYAM Sesame oil
  • Salt to taste
