Preparation Method :
- Mash sweet corn. Combine milk and sweet corn and bring to a boil, let the sweet corn cook on a low flame for 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a kadai, Add the sweet corn mixture and stir for a minute.
- Add maida and saute for a minute.
- Add Italian seasoning, salt, chopped capsicum, tomatoes and Jalapenos.
- Switch off the stove when the mixture becomes thick. Finally stir in the cheese.
- Apply butter to the French loaf pieces on both sides and toast them till they are crispy on both sides.
- Spread corn bruschetta on each piece and serve.

- 200 grams Sweet corn
- 400 ml Milk
- French loaf cut into 5 pieces
- 1 tablespoon All purpose flour
- 1 small Capsicum
- 1 small tomato
- 5 nos Jalapenos
- 1 tablespoon Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon IDHAYAM Sesame oil
- Salt to taste
