Preparation Method :
- Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4.
- Wrap each cob in a piece of foil. Bake for 15 minutes or until the kernels are tender.
- Make the sauce by mix the mint, parsley with yogurt, cloves and sauce. Adjust seasoning.
- Serve the dip with the corn on the cob.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 medium corn on the cob, husks removed
- 20 grams chopped fresh mint
- 25 grams chopped fresh parsley
- 150 grams carton of low-fat natural yogurt
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- A few drops of Tabasco sauce
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
