Preparation Method :
- Boil the diced onion into a saucepan together with the whiskey and puree.
- Whisk the butter, fold the onion and whiskey puree into it and spice the butter with salt, pepper, lemon juice and anchovy paste.
- Keep the whiskey butter in a cold place until it is used.
- Fill the butter into an icing bag with a star tip and pipe it in the form of rosettes onto a piece of aluminium foil.
- Garnish with anchovy filets or herbs according to taste.

- 150 grams butter
- 50 ml whiskey
- 1 onion, peeled, diced
- Pepper and Salt, to taste
- Lemon juice
- 1 pinch anchovy paste
- Anchovy fillets or herbs for garnishing
