SPROUTS SPREAD
Preparation Method :
- Steam sprouts lightly till they become a little soft.
- Drain excess water and leave to cool.
- In a mixer, grind the sprouts together with garlic, chilli and pepper to a smooth paste.
- To the paste, add the hung yogurt, salt and sugar and whisk together for a good blend.
- Use as spread for sandwiches.
INGREDIENTS
- 200 grams sprouted green gram
- 2 tablespoon hung yogurt
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 small green chilli
- ¼ teaspoon pepper, powdered
- ¼ teaspoon sugar
- Salt to taste
