- In a food processor, combine raw unsalted pistachios, seasalt, a pinch of icing sugar, rose water and oil.
- Process it at a high speed until the pistachios are first powdered and them creamy in texture; this should take about 15 minutes.
- Scrape the sides of the bowl every once in a while so that the mixture is evenly processed and the oils are extracted. Transfer into a jar and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
