PISTACHIO AND ROSE BUTTER

Makes :
200 grams

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • In a food processor, combine raw unsalted pistachios, seasalt, a pinch of icing sugar, rose water and oil.
  • Process it at a high speed until the pistachios are first powdered and them creamy in texture; this should take about 15 minutes.
  • Scrape the sides of the bowl every once in a while so that the mixture is evenly processed and the oils are extracted. Transfer into a jar and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams raw unsalted pistachios
  • Pinch of seasalt
  • A pinch of icing sugar
  • 3 teaspoon rose water
  • 3 teaspoon Peanut oil
