ALMOND AND HONEY BUTTER

Makes :
200 grams

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Arrange almonds on a parchment paper- lined baking tray, sprinkle over chopped rosemary sprig and bake for 10 minutes. Remove and leave to cool.
  • In a food processor, combine the roasted almonds with honey, seasalt and oil. Process at a high speed for 15 minutes until creamy.
  • Scrape the sides of the bowl every now and then so that the mixture is evenly processed and the oils are extracted. Transfer into a jar and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams almonds
  • ½ chopped rosemary sprig
  • 2 teaspoon honey
  • A pinch of seasalt
  • 1 teaspoon Peanut oil
