Preparation Method :
- Cook the diced tomatoes, tomato puree, chicken stock with sugar, cumin seeds and olive oil in a pan and simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Add the balsamic vinegar, chopped green chilli and fresh coriander leaves. Stir well.
- Crush the chips and sprinkle on the soup while serving.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams tomatoes, peeled, deseeded and diced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon cumin seeds, ground
- 10 -12 tortilla chips
- 250 grams tomato puree
- ½ tablespoon olive oil
- 500 ml chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 green chilli, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon coriander, finely chopped
