Preparation Method :
- Heat oil in a saucepan, add onion and cook for 2 - 3 minutes. Then add in the potatoes and cook for about 3 - 5 minutes.
- Stir the flour into the mixture, then gradually add the milk and water, stirring constantly.
- Bring to the boil and add the bay leaf and salt and white pepper to taste.
- Add half the sweet corn, cover and simmer to low flame for about 20 minutes. Remove the bay leaf and discard. Remove pan from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
- Transfer sweet corn mixture to a food processor and process until smooth. Return to a clean pan, add remaining sweet corn and heat for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the cream, sprinkle with bacon and serve immediately.

- 2 tablespoon cream
- 500 ml milk
- 500 ml water
- 2 tablespoon IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoon plain flour
- 1 bay leaf
- Ground white pepper and Salt , to taste
- 2 rashers bacon, fried and crumbled, to garnish
