                    Preparation Method :
- Heat the pan with butter and add in the onion sauté for about 2 minutes, Add in the flour. Stir them well so that the flour is blended well into the butter.
 - Add 3 cups of milk, sour cream or yogurt and stir them well. Whisk them well until the mixture is thickened.
 - Drain the steamed cauliflowers and blend them in a mixer until they become smooth.
 - Add the pureed cauliflower mixture to the milk mixture and stir well until it becomes slightly thick.
 - Simmer to low heat or until it is done completely. Garnish it with chopped parsely and serve along with Parmesan cheese.

 - 1 medium onion, finely chopped
 - 3 tablespoons flour
 - 500 ml milk
 - 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets, Steam
 - Chopped parsley for garnish
