Preparation Method :
- Put the garlic and stock with finely chopped mushrooms in a medium saucepan and bring to the boil. Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
- Liquidise and add half a cup of milk. Return to the heat.
- Blend the cornflour with the remaining milk and add to the pan. Stir until the soup thickens.
- Take off the heat and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 225 grams closed cup mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- 150 ml skimmed milk
- 2 tablespoons cornflour
