PrintPURE VEGETABLE SOUP
The pure vegetable soup can completely solve your food cravings. Mushrooms, noodles, stock and chopped spinach are its main ingredients. Other palatable seasonings are also included to add more spice to the menu allowing it to become perfect once it is serve.

Preparation Method :
- Soak the mushrooms in warm water tor 15 minutes. Squeeze dry and discard the hard stalks, then slice the mushroom caps.
- Soak the noodles in hot water for 10 minutes; drain. Remove the stalks from the watercress and divide the leaves.
- Bring the stock to the boil. Add the courgettes, turnip, watercress, spinach and carrots. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.

- 8 dried Chinese mushrooms
- 50 grams transparent noodles
- 1 bunch watercress
- 2 litres stock
- 4 courgettes, diced
- 2 small turnip, peeled and diced
- 100 grams spinach, chopped
- 4 carrots, peeled and diced
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 4 spring onions, chopped
