The long-grain rice, cabbage, beans, Parmesan cheese and other delicious flavourings are extremely essential in creating a mouth-watering recipe. The Minestrone can be automatically prepared through following its cooking procedures. You also need to prepare the complete set of ingredients before cooking.

Preparation Method :
- Put the onion, garlic, carrot, turnip, leek, celery, tomatoes and pasta or rice in a large pan. Stir in the stock and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Bring to the boil, and then lower the heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the cabbage and beans and cook for a further 5 to 10 minutes until tender.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning, then serve hot with Parmesan cheese handed separately.

- 2 onion, peeled and sliced
- 2 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
- 2 carrot, peeled and diced
- 2 turnip, peeled and diced
- 2 leek, trimmed and sliced
- 2 celery stalk, sliced
- 500 grams tomatoes, skinned and roughly chopped
- 100 grams broken pasta or long-grain rice
- 2 litres stock
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 small cabbage, shredded
- 200 grams runner beans, sliced
- Grated Parmesan cheese, to serve
