- Add the spring onions, sliced onion, peas and fresh mint with the chicken stock, cook until the vegetables turns tender.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Blend the mixture to puree.
- Serve hot garnished with chives and yogurt.

- 250 grams peas, shelled
- 1 bunch spring onions, chopped
- 1 medium-sized onion, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoon fresh chives, snipped
- 1 tablespoon yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint
