Preparation Method :
- Boil the peas and ham stock in a medium saucepan. Cook, covered for about 5-7 minutes or until the peas are cooked.
- Put in a liquidiser with the fromage frais and blend.
- Blend the soup with the cornflour to a smooth paste.
- Pour the soup and the cornflour paste back into the saucepan over a medium heat and stir until the soup has thickened.
- Add the diced ham and serve.

- 900 ml ham stock
- 2 slices of honey roast ham, diced
- 250 grams frozen peas
- 50 grams very low-fat plain fromage frais
- 2 tablespoons cornflour
