MINESTRONE
If you think you are running out of recipes on your lunch, then worried no more because there is the Minestrone that is completely combined with healthy ingredients such as lamb fats, peas, leeks, carrots, tomatoes, celery, turnips and salt.

Preparation Method :
- Clean, wash and dice all vegetables. Heat the oil in your pressure cooker and simmer the diced lamb fats for 5 minutes.
- Add vegetables and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add 1.5 litres water. Season with salt and pepper. Close and cook for 15 minutes, from the pressure cooker hissing.
- Open and add the macaroni and continue to cook uncovered for 10 minutes.
- Correct the seasoning and serve in a tureen with the grated gruyere served in a separate dish.

- 150 grams green beans
- 2 (white part) leeks
- 150 grams carrots
- 150 grams turnips
- 2 large tomatoes
- 100 grams celery
- 10 ml Cooking oil
- 50 grams macaroni
- 80 grams grated gruyere cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
