LENTIL AND CELERY SOUP
Lentil and celery soup is such a delectable dish because it contains a lot of ingredients like vegetable oil, celery stalks, garlic, Bouquet garni, salt, red lentils and ground black pepper! For sure you would love preparing this dish for your family and friends!

Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a large pan, add the onion and fry until softened. Add the remaining ingredients, with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 30 to 35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Check the seasoning and remove the bouquet garni. Pour into a warmed soup tureen to serve. If liked, sieve yogurt into each bowl.
- Serve hot.

- 6 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
- 250 grams red lentils
- 2 litres water
- Bouquet garni
- Salt
