PUREE OF CELERY SOUP
Puree of Celery Soup is such an exquisite dish that contains a lot of its ingredients like margarine, potatoes, garni, ground black pepper, parsley, skimmed milk, water and celery! This is surely the best dish you can prepare from the microwave!

Preparation Method :
- Heat the margarine in a large pan and toss the prepared vegetables in this.
- Add the stock or water, bouquet garni, salt and pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Remove the herbs and sieve the mixture, or puree in a blender or food processor. Return the soup to the pan with the milk and reheat.
- Serve hot.

- 100 grams margarine
- 800 grams celery, cut into half inch pieces
- 500 grams potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 litres chicken stock or water
- 2 bouquet garni
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 200 ml skimmed milk
- Chopped parsley, to garnish
